What began as a planned 2,000-capacity showcase quickly evolved into something far bigger. The 101 Experience featuring ARGY transformed into one of Delhi’s standout electronic music nights of the season not just because of the artist, but because of the scale, ambition, and production behind it.
According to the founder, Lakshya Mahajan of Souldout, one of the partners behind the experience, the response from the city made it clear early on that expectations had already outgrown the original plan.

“Honestly, when we first planned this, it was meant to be a 2,000-cap show at ADOT Club XS. But the kind of response Delhi showed us made it clear we had to think bigger. We moved it to the convention hall, scaled everything up, and went all in on production, making sure every single person walked away with an experience they’d remember and come back for.”
At its core, 101 Experience isn’t just positioned as another club-format electronic night it’s being shaped as a long-term platform designed to elevate India’s presence on the global electronic circuit.

“For me and all the partners, 101 has always been about the experience. It’s about putting an Indian festival on the global map. We don’t believe in cutting corners. Every single edition, we go all out to ensure a seamless, elevated journey for our audience, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.”
Delhi’s response to ARGY’s return spoke volumes about the city’s growing appetite for melodic and underground electronic sounds. Despite the artist having performed in the capital just months earlier, the demand remained overwhelming.

“This show is a clear reflection of just how big electronic music has become in the city. Argy was here less than four months ago in December, and yet every table sold out, every ticket was gone. That kind of response says everything, the love for electronic music here is massive. And with a venue like ADOT hosting the night, people aren’t just coming for a show, they’re coming for the full experience.”
Production played a defining role in shaping the night’s identity. Among the standout visual moments was the laser-heavy stage design anchored by a bold illuminated “101” installation, which quickly became one of the most talked-about elements of the evening.
“For me, the biggest highlight of the night had to be the lasers and that bold ‘101’ lit up right opposite the stage. It just brought the whole setup to life. The production team absolutely nailed it. We’ve been getting incredible feedback, and that moment really stood out for a lot of people.”
Audience feedback across the board reinforced the success of the night, though the team is already working on refining certain aspects for future editions.
“We received incredible feedback from the audience, everyone genuinely loved the experience and had a great time. That said, we did notice that the stage got a bit overcrowded at one point, and it’s something we’re already working on improving for future editions.”
Looking ahead, the momentum behind 101 Experience is only building. With partners Souldout, Trix Entertainment, Zenith Tribe, and TechnoBeWithYou already preparing for what’s next, the upcoming December festival edition is expected to scale even further.

“All of us at Souldout, Trix Entertainment, Zenith Tribe, and TechnoBeWithYou are incredibly excited for the festival this December. It’s set to be bigger than ever, and we can’t wait to unveil everything we have in store.”
For now, the focus remains firmly on strengthening the capital’s position as a key destination for electronic music experiences, though expansion could always be on the horizon.
“For now, we’re not looking to take 101 beyond the capital, but you never know what’s next. Stay tuned.”
With growing audience demand, ambitious production vision, and a clear long-term roadmap, 101 Experience is steadily positioning itself as one of Delhi’s most defining electronic music platforms.
