Tomorrowland announces 2 weekends in 2017

One of the biggest festival in the world ” Tomorrowland ” announced 2 weekends for its 2017 edition. The local government of Boom & Rumst have granted permissions to host Tomorrowland for 2 weekend next year, which means fans will now have a massive treat for 6 days at this mega festival. After their 10th anniversary celebration of 2 weekends festival being a success, this might be a permanent solution for all the fans as the demand for ticketing has been a challenging task as the festival grows bigger.

The 2017 edition of Tomorrowland will be hosted from 21st July – 23rd July, with the following weekend from 28th – 30th July. Their only aim to expand the festival to two weeks is to cater much larger audience and and allowing more people to enjoy and experience the madness.

The news received official confirmation from Tomorrowland representatives:
“The purpose of this [hosting the festival in 2 weekends] is to meet the huge demand for tickets from international and local fans. Meanwhile, with the blessing of the municipalities of Boom & Rumst, we can go ahead and start preparing for 2 weekends as of next summer.”

The regulations for outdoor event in De Schorre province is very strict, which is not more than 17 days a year. So this was not an easy decision for local authorities to give 6 days to one festival. The day allotment will now need some significant redistribution for the left 11 days among other organizations.

The team at CME headquarters already feel that 2017 is going to be one massive gathering of 2 weeks and cannot wait to be there.

Till then watch out the 2016 aftermovie of this magical fest :-
