Old Maroon 5 equipment anyone?
Maroon 5 have been a part of the music industry for over 20 years now and it looks like they're now looking to upgrade all of their old gear and get their hands on something new.
If you've been a long time Maroon 5 fan then this is your chance to get your hands on some of their gear that they have actually used over the course of the last two decades and there are some pretty big things in there which all go on sale on Reverb.com’s Techno Empire shop on the 30th of August which is today. They will apprently be selling over 200 of their old gear that includes guitars that includes a custom keytar, a chrome Shure wireless microphone that was used by Adam, a keyboard that was played by their keyboardist and rhythm guitarist Jesse Carmichael right from the days when they started out and were originally known as Kara's Flowers, along with a number of road cases stamped with the bands name. “I like the idea of road cases being passed down through different bands,” Carmichael shared. “It’s nice to know that there’s some history there when you put your gear in a case that’s been all around the world with a band.”
"This gear was such a huge part of our story and I hope that it goes to an up-and-coming band or musicians who can make it part of their own story,” said keyboardist Jesse Carmichael in a statement to PEOPLE.
So if you can, get ready to whip up your credit cards and break those fixed deposits or if you have a bunch of money lying around from your bitcoin investments here's your chance to own a bunch of things that are a part of music history and head to Reverb's website as the sale kicks off today!
